I know, not much to look at now. I lost my camera cable and so I wasn't able to post these photos on my first day of the program, however, I did take the photos on the first day. I am now on my 9th day and already I feel stronger.So, here's a brief summary of week one on the P90X program:
OUCH!!!
That really sums it up for the first week. The first day went right into chest and back and from there it was burning through one muscle after the next. Now, after week one, I feel strength in muscles that before didn't seem to exist.
As far as my blood sugar (I was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes three years ago), I have seen considerable changes. When I started week one I was taking about 20-30 units of insulin each day. Now, I am taking less than 12 units each day. My goal is to be completely off of insulin by the end of the 90 day program.
